Louenhide offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $110 within North America.

For all orders under $110 shipping price is a flat rate of $15.

EXPEDITED SHIPMENTS options are available at checkout.  Prices for expedited shipment fluctuate with peak seasons.

IMPORTANT:  Shipping fees are not refunded for late delivery or return of goods, including expedited shipments.    

Delivery Times

Online orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

Online orders can expect delivery within 5-9 business days after shipping for all Standard shipments, and within 2-5 business days for Express shipments.    Carriers may be UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Post or other by area.

IMPORTANT: All delivery times are estimated only, cannot be guaranteed and are not refunded for late delivery.

Pre-Orders

If you have purchased a Pre-Order product in addition to an In-Stock product, your products may be delivered separately.  Please note you will only be charged for shipping once in these circumstances.   If you have any questions about the status of your pre order item, please contact [email protected] .
